For best results, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. For wedding cakes, a lead time of 3-6 months is ideal. Once your order request is reviewed an invoice will be sent via email or texted to the information provided.

To secure your order, a 50% retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery. For rush orders placed within 7 days, full payment is required along with a $25 rush fee. Additionally, full payment is necessary for all orders totaling less than $125.

All retainers are non-refundable for canceled orders, so we recommend confirming your event details before placing your order. If your cancellation is accepted, a credit will be issued that remains valid for 3 months, during which you can make a new reservation if availability allows. Please note that the credit will expire after 3 months with no exceptions.

Absolutely! We’ll provide directions to the pickup location closer to your pickup date. If you plan to collect your cake more than an hour before your event, please make sure to keep it refrigerated.

To transport your cake safely, place it on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle to ensure stability. Avoid stacking or tilting the cake during the journey, especially since there are a few speed bumps along the route. The cake will be packaged to minimize movement, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occurs once the cake has left our care.

After pick-up, refrigerate your cake if it won’t be served within two hours, buttercream softens over time. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.

For celebration cakes with two or more tiers, we highly recommend opting for delivery as well, to maintain their integrity. Delivery fees start at $30 and may vary based on the distance and location.
